1. Do you offer delivery nationwide?

Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa.


2. How much is delivery?

We offer two delivery options:

  • Next-Day Doorstep Delivery: R59.00

  • 2–3 Day Doorstep Delivery: FREE


3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on the option you choose:

  • Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (if ordered before 1PM)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days

Outlying areas may take slightly longer.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number with a link to track your parcel online.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major South African payment methods, including:

  • Debit & credit cards

  • Instant EFT

  • Mobile payments (depending on gateway)

All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment provider.


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it.
Email us immediately at oldschoolclothinghelp@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days if the item is:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with tags

Returns due to incorrect size or change of mind may require the customer to cover courier fees.
Defective or incorrect items are eligible for free returns or replacements.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or want to swap an item, we’re happy to assist—subject to availability.
Just email us your order number and exchange request.


9. What if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes, Old School Sandton operates nationwide in-stores.
