At Old School Sandton, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards


3. Exchanges

If the item you received is the wrong size or you would like a different item, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unavailable or out of stock

  • A return has been approved and inspected

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defect, incorrect size sent), we cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size chosen, change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return courier fees.

We will arrange the courier collection for your convenience.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oldschoolclothinghelp@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, courier fees may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
